Depart from Las Vegas
Begin your morning journey from Las Vegas at 10am, traveling toward Boulder City. Relax in your seat as your guide introduces the day’s adventure and shares context about Hoover Dam and the Colorado River.
Board at Hoover Dam Lodge
Stop at Hoover Dam Lodge and transfer to a specially permitted vehicle with access to the Colorado River below the dam. Prepare for your first up-close look at the river and canyon walls.
Launch the raft
Drive down to the water’s edge and board your raft. As you float along the river, take in unique views of Hoover Dam from below, a perspective few visitors experience.
Scenic float & guided narration
Glide past Black Canyon cliffs and serene waters while your guide shares stories about the dam’s construction, engineering, and environmental significance. Keep an eye out for local wildlife along the river.
Return to Hoover Dam Lodge
After your float, head back up to Hoover Dam Lodge and board your vehicle for the ride back to Las Vegas.
