Things to know before booking your tickets

  1. Illuminarium is generally suitable for all ages, but some experiences like Illuminarium After Dark are only allowed for adults over the age of 21.
  2. This experience is not recommended if you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, as the flashing lights and visual patterns can trigger seizures.
  3. The immersive experiences last between 60 and 90 minutes. 
  4. While your tickets are non-refundable, you can reschedule your time slot up to 24 hours before the show.
  5. The Illuminarium is accessible to guests with disabilities. Features include wheelchair access, accessible seating, and assistance for those with mobility challenges.
  6. Large bags, suitcases, and backpacks are not permitted inside. There are no storage facilities available on site.
  7. Children aged 3 and older need a ticket. Children under the age of 12 and seniors over the age of 65 can avail discounts.
