Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes (enfants de 9, 13 et 14 ans) et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'excursion en hélicoptère dans le Grand Canyon. L'équipe de Papillon était très professionnelle et sympathique et tout a fonctionné parfaitement. Un grand merci à notre pilote Brian pour avoir fait de ce voyage une expérience mémorable !

Jimmy et Orlando étaient sympathiques et agréables, couteux. Cependant, à la fin du voyage, nous n'avons pas été déposés à notre emplacement initial, mais à un autre endroit. Cela m'a gêné car je ne connaissais pas la ville.

Le pilote était très professionnel et amical. Le vol s'est déroulé en douceur, et ce, de la part d'une personne qui ne tolère aucun type de turbulence. Le décollage et l'atterrissage se sont déroulés en douceur. J'étais assis à l'avant et je ne me suis pas senti mal à l'aise du tout. Mon seul reproche est que nous avons dû attendre 1 heure avant notre vol. Cela a réduit le temps dont nous disposions pour notre visite en bus. Nous avons dû renoncer à la promenade dans le ciel pour prendre notre bus de retour. Mais le tour en hélicoptère était bien meilleur.

Carlito a rendu l'expérience mémorable et en a valu la peine. Outre les sites les plus mémorables, son niveau de connaissance de la région et de l'histoire, ainsi que son excellent sens de l'humour, ont contribué à rendre ce voyage inoubliable. Je n'oublierai jamais ce voyage !!!!

Je peux enfin dire que j'ai vu le Strip de Vegas d'EN HAUT ! C'était ma première expérience avec Headout, et elle n'a pas été décevante ! Le processus de réservation a été transparent et clair. J'ai réservé le jour même et il n'y a eu aucun problème. Tout était prêt pour mon groupe de 3 personnes lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur le site. Nous nous sommes tous éclatés ! Même l'une de mes amies était nerveuse à l'idée de voler, alors ils l'ont assise juste à côté du pilote et l'ont mise à l'aise tout au long du vol. Je recommande vivement ce tour en hélicoptère aux personnes qui veulent voir Vegas d'en haut !

We made a tour to the Grand Canyon South Rim which combined plane, helicopter and ground services. Everything was excellent and very well organized: the tour was booked by phone by the hotel front desk which took only a few minutes. On the day of the tour everything worked perfectly so that we could really enjoy our visit to the Grand Canyon. Both pilots were excellent and we felt safe all the time.

Do this and check it off your bucket list cause every minute of this 12 min tour is perfect.The view of the Las Vegas strip was incredible.

We were collected from our hotel in a stretch limo and taken to the airport. The tour was so well organised and ran smoothly. Our pilot was great and really knowledgable about the landmarks. The flight itself was amazing, we then landed at the bottom of the Grand Canyon for a champagne breakfast this was a lovely little touch and there was plenty of time for photos before the return flight. The return flight was great and we went over the las vegas strip too! All in all an amazing trip, and recommended to anyone! A must if you're visiting vegas!

This was a fab trip and well worth the extra money. I wouldn't swap this experience for a coach trip. The pilot was brilliant, he had a great sense of humour which made it fun as well. At one point as cheesy as this is, we were all singing Viva Las Vegas. You have headphones on so you can all communicate with each other. Our party got split into two which was fine, i think the maximum one could take was 7. Our flew over the tops of the canyon and the other helicopter stopped for fuel at the bottom. Which although it was only stopping for fuel I'm jealous! We had our kids with us and they both fell asleep as soon as we got over the canyon, couldn't keep them awake. Most expensive nap ever but still worth every penny. The transfers were really simple as well and totally stress free which was nice. They do have a gift shop onsite which would normally be really expensive, but it wasn't which makes a nice change. Would certainly recommend these guys!!!

We took the Strip at night flight which was amazing. The pilot was very witty and gave us a lot of information as well as playing a pre-recorded information tape . Got the greatest sparkling view of the Strip.

We took the 10 minute night flight tour of the strip. The facilities are very comfortable, easy to locate, and have ample parking. The tour is brief but you get a thrilling owl's eye view of the Strip. You are allowed to take video and flash-less pictures.

Everything was top notch. I highly recommend this trip for everyone who has a time crunch but wants to see vegas in all its glory.

I was in Vegas working flew my brother in and surprised him with helicopter ride. Arrived in limo, champagne toast and Eric our tour guide on the helicopter awesome! Definitely recommend the night strip tour!

This was the highlight of our Las Vegas visit. The view from the sky at night is breathtaking! Our pilot was very professional and very friendly. Our Limo driver was fantastic and friendly. A "must do" while in Vegas! 5 star all the way!

It's beyond fantastic, We had such a great time seeing Vegas from the air, gave us a completely different perspective of Vegas. It's a brief heli tour but it's perfect.

I surprised my 4 boys ages 12, 15, 17, 18 with this package. The limo picked them up exactly on time which they thought was the surprise. Of course they loved that, but was waiting was absolutely the "E" ticket ahead. They are still talking about it. If you go to Vegas you HAVE to do this. Great way to propose, get out of trouble trump card, or just romantic. For the boys, well one now wants to become a helicopter pilot, and the other 3 have bragging rights. I didn't go because I wanted them to feel mommy wasn't everywhere. Hey they can't go to a club, it would cost the same amount if they could, so why not give them something they will never forget, just do it.

We had six in the chopper and there was a heap of room.this is a great tour. We flew out to the Grand Canyon and landed at the base for morning tea and bubbles.the scenery is amazing. Although expensive it is well worth the trip. We had a great guide (Brady) full of knowledge and was happy to answer all the questions the kids could throw at him.

They were very organised and professional - the whole process is really easy. We were picked up from our hotel on time and dropped off afterwards earlier than expected which was good as we had to check out of the hotel.

Me and my husband were really looking forward too this since we booked our tickets. Nothing was even close to disappointing us. Not to forget the complimentary champagne before departing. Hands down the best tour!

We booked the evening tour and it gave us a splendid view of New York skyline, the beautiful lit up Bellagio fountains, and the unfading lights of the Luxor Pyramid.

No wonder this Helicopter is called the limousine of the sky. The ECO-star Helicopter.is so comfortable, safe and spacious to enjoy the view of Vegas. Our pilot was a fun charming fellow.

If you want to experience the strip from one end to the other without indulging in the "sinful" activities that Vegas has to offer, this ticket is incredible! I enjoyed it thoroughly

So they pick you up right from the Hotel and take you on a limo towards the helipad (felt so classy) and the helicopter ride was thrilling. Loved it

Nous avons apprécié la balade, mais si nous nous étions écrasés, on ne nous a jamais expliqué comment détacher nos ceintures de sécurité pour sortir de l'hélicoptère !

L'expérience de la billetterie a été mauvaise. Le montant de 717 dollars n'a pas été débité la première fois que j'ai essayé. Lorsque j'ai réussi à le faire, j'ai été débité de 838 $ au lieu des 717 $. J'attends toujours un crédit.

Notre guide et chauffeur GiGi a été fantastique. On voit qu'elle aime son travail.

Le vol a été annulé en raison de vents violents. J'ai donc envoyé un courriel à HeadOut pour obtenir un remboursement et je n'ai pas encore reçu de réponse.

Le guide était très amusant et le pilote de l'hélicoptère a fait en sorte que nous fassions une belle balade.

L'excursion en hélicoptère était absolument incroyable et le personnel était fantastique. Notre seul problème est que nous n'avons jamais reçu d'informations sur l'heure et les détails de la prise en charge à notre hôtel, et nous avons donc supposé que le forfait commençait à 8 heures (forfait de 4 heures pour un vol de 70 minutes, sans autre précision). Il s'est avéré que 8h00 était l'heure de notre vol, nous avons donc manqué la prise en charge et avons failli manquer l'expérience ! Nous ne savons pas pourquoi nous n'avons jamais reçu de confirmation de l'heure de prise en charge, mais il faut absolument que cela soit rectifié pour les futurs clients.

This was the highlight of our Las Vegas holiday. Everything went as planned, no hitches & even the weather was ideal. We took an early morning flight, and after being picked up at the time specified from our hotel we were taken to our helicopter. We met our knowledgeable pilot, learned so much from him. Fantastic trip!

This is a great way to see the canyon we did the helicopter ride over the hoover damn and grand canyon and got a free upgrade wirh a picnic! Do not try and buy or get sucked in from the people on the streets or in the shops do your research these guys are the best and best priced all taxes included and transport too and from your airport Bruce our pilot was fantastic great fun knowledgable and great to my sis who wasn't great at flying! We took a tour of the Grand Canyon with Papillon during our visit to Las Vegas. We'd never been to the Grand Canyon before, and this was DEFINITELY the way to see it! The pilot was super friendly and explained everything that was happening and what we were seeing, and she had a great sense of humor, made the ride really fun. Got to see Lake Meade and the Hoover Dam from above as well as views of the canyon that we never would have gotten any other way. Wonderful experience!

Highly recommend the helicopter tour, got up early and did the 7am one!! Well worth it and wasn't hot at all. IT WAS AWESOMEEE.

I suffer with vertigo and travel sickness and was concerned that I would be uncomfortable during the trip. The trip was just fine because the helicopter was stable and sturdy and I felt really safe. The view was utterly breath-taking and the overall experience was unforgettable.

This is the most fantastic helicopter tours we have attended in a long long time. The pilot was informative, cordial, and funny. We certainly had a great time.

Anyone looking for some breathtaking views, I would stronly recommend that you take the extended flight back and catch a glimpse of the stunning Sin city on your way back!

The Mojave desert and the West Rim was such an exhilarating experience. While the tickets were a little pricey, they were worth every penny

Je n'avais pas de billets pour l'entrée du parc ou le skywalk, le site m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien trouver sur la base de ma réservation par Headout et que j'aurais dû recevoir des billets de leur part. J'ai envoyé un email pour un remboursement et je n'ai pas eu d'accusé de réception.

L'ensemble du voyage était formidable, en particulier le vol dans le Grand Canyon, mais le vol en petit avion de Boulder City à Grand Canyon West était également fabuleux, car nous avons pu voir beaucoup de choses. Le ponton au fond du Canyon était génial. L'ensemble du voyage en valait vraiment la peine.

The tour was awesome. But I asked if my reservation was for an helicopter ride. The client service said yes. But it was not. It was an aircraft ride. I was very desappointed.

Nothing to do with the place it was more about the time and things included in the tour. Our flight was 1.5 hrs delated at boulder airport so we missed our tour , no audio on airplane, we missed our tour guides in both places, antelope and horseshoe, we didn't have time for lunch and we were rush at horseshoe 15min to take pictures only. Back to airport no airplane was there we wait more than 30mt. Our reservation showed this tour was for 10 hours 30minutes, start time 10am and end time 9:30pm. We were back at the hotel at 7p.m. Our tour included light meal, we didn't have nothing and no even time to buy something. At the airport counter in Boulder city they promised to us some kind of refund per person and nothing yet, no refund, we are still waiting. This truly was an unforgettable trip! We had the champagne picnic at sunset and would thoroughly recommend it. We enjoyed views of Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam on the way out and sunset on our return. We had approximately 45 minutes in the canyon and enjoyed a picnic and a glass of champagne whilst taking in the magnificent views.

If you like nature then this tour is for you. You get to see the Canyon with the best seat and all of this with a glass of bubbly. When on a date and the picnic and champagne stop at the canyon is so romantic. My date loved it!!!

Apart from the obvious breath taking Grand Canyon. The thing that makes this tour great is the attention to detail, from pick up at our hotel in the stretch limo with friendly driver the professional and attentive pilot and the excellent breakfast in the canyon. Not a cheap tour, but well worth it.

I experienced some difficulties with my booking. My first reservation, although appearing available, was not available from the service provider. We had to reschedule. Also, I wish the options, including departure airfield, had been a little better indicated in the pre-booking menu.

Absolutely spectacular scenery! Would recommend everyone do the tour SItting in the Grand Canyon eating breakfast was so surreal, it really is a once in a lifetime experience.

Booked this for my fiancé' birthday. Was absolutely brilliant! Everything was well organised from the limo picking us up to checking in and getting us on the helicopter. Our pilot Fred was brilliant very jokey and informative. We were in one of the newer helicopters which was comfortable with big windows so could see no matter where you sat. Had a lovely champagne breakfast when we landed in the cannon. The only negative I have is you have to pay an extra 50 per person when you check in. Think with the amount you pay for the trip anyway this wasn't necessary. But I would strongly reccomend doing this, the views of the strip and cannon are unbelievable. Both of us absolutely loved this trip.

This adventure was AWESOME. I retired 6 years ago, and seeing the Grand Canyon was on my bucket list. This is my far the best way to view the Grand Canyon and I really can tell you how great is was. This is my fourth helicopter tour and it was second to none. Our pilot was excellent and very friendly and informative. If you are thinking about doing it-do it, you will not be disappointed.

This would have been a far fetched dream, had i not been able to pick up this deal from Headout and book it right away. An experience for everyone visiting the canyon
