Le voyage s'est déroulé à l'heure. Le chauffeur, Robert, et la guide, April, ont été formidables.

Jimmy et Orlando étaient sympathiques et agréables, couteux. Cependant, à la fin du voyage, nous n'avons pas été déposés à notre emplacement initial, mais à un autre endroit. Cela m'a gêné car je ne connaissais pas la ville.

Le pilote était très professionnel et amical. Le vol s'est déroulé en douceur, et ce, de la part d'une personne qui ne tolère aucun type de turbulence. Le décollage et l'atterrissage se sont déroulés en douceur. J'étais assis à l'avant et je ne me suis pas senti mal à l'aise du tout. Mon seul reproche est que nous avons dû attendre 1 heure avant notre vol. Cela a réduit le temps dont nous disposions pour notre visite en bus. Nous avons dû renoncer à la promenade dans le ciel pour prendre notre bus de retour. Mais le tour en hélicoptère était bien meilleur.

Carlito a rendu l'expérience mémorable et en a valu la peine. Outre les sites les plus mémorables, son niveau de connaissance de la région et de l'histoire, ainsi que son excellent sens de l'humour, ont contribué à rendre ce voyage inoubliable. Je n'oublierai jamais ce voyage !!!!

Cette visite figurait sur notre liste de choses à faire depuis dix ans. Nous avons parcouru 15 000 miles pour vivre cette expérience. Vraiment impressionnante et très bien gérée, depuis la prise en charge à l'hôtel jusqu'au retour. Une coupe de champagne sur le sol du canyon a été la cerise sur le gâteau.

Honestly, this tour was SOOO much fun. Went with my girlfriend and we both loved the whole vibe. Our guide, Min, kept cracking jokes the whole time and even helped us find the best spot for ice cream on Nami Island (seriously, pistachio is a win). The railbike part was a bit sweaty but totally worth the views. Got a bit crowded in the afternoon though, so maybe start early if ur not into crowds. Big thumbs up!

J'ai apprécié la beauté des paysages, mais mangez avant de partir ou emportez un en-cas. La nourriture à Eagles point était chère et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de nourriture pour le prix et elle n'avait pas très bon goût. Le Skywalk était une expérience correcte mais j'aurais aimé pouvoir prendre mes propres photos. Les photos qu'ils ont prises étaient nulles, je n'en ai eu qu'une pour 27 $ ou le forfait pour 55 $. Mes photos étaient sombres en bas et plus claires en haut. Cela ne vaut vraiment pas le prix, mais c'est une attraction touristique... La visite en valait vraiment la peine ! Restez hydraté

Les paysages sont magnifiques mais notre grand regret est qu'il est impossible de prendre des photos sur le skywalk, le téléphone et les appareils photos étant interdits, la seule possibilité d'avoir unn souvenir est de payer 25$ la photo. Vraiment cher!

Le vol était très excitant et les vues étaient spectaculaires. Notre pilote était très professionnel et sympathique. Tout le personnel était courtois et serviable. C'est la seule façon de voir le magnifique Grand Canyon. Nous avons volé pendant l'heure de midi mais nous prévoyons de revenir un jour et de voler en fin d'après-midi pour voir comment les couleurs du canyon peuvent changer. Merci pour cette merveilleuse aventure. Nous avons adoré !!!!

Took my parents and younger bro on this trip and it was honestly EPIC. We lucked out with the weather (sunny but not murder-hot) and our guide, Haejin, was super chill and cracked jokes all day. Nami Island is suuuper cute—those tree-lined paths! We rented bikes (def do that if u don’t wanna walk forever). Seorak Mountain was a bit crowded but the cable car views were wild. Packed snacks and was glad I did since the food stalls at Seorak had huge lines. Heads up: bring bug spray for the hike. Would totally do this again!

Went solo b/c my friends bailed, but didn’t regret it. Guide was friendly, group was a mixed bunch—families, some couples. Nami Island in the morning was really peaceful, but it got PACKED after 11am. Seorak is stunning, but ngl the steps up to the observatory are a workout so wear good shoes. It rained a bit in the afternoon but still got amazing pics. Wish we had 30 more mins at the mountain but overall, worth it.

Nami Island was straight out of a movie—saw a bunch of squirrels and even a white peacock (??). Seorak was a highlight, especially the cable car, but warning: it gets windy up top, hold ur hat! We grabbed lunch at one of the local places near the base—oodles of noodles. 100% recommend for a day escape from the city.

Notre seul problème est que nous n'avons jamais reçu d'informations sur l'heure et les détails de la prise en charge à notre hôtel, et nous avons donc supposé que le forfait commençait à 8 heures (forfait de 4 heures pour un vol de 70 minutes, sans autre précision). Il s'est avéré que 8h00 était l'heure de notre vol, nous avons donc manqué la prise en charge et avons failli manquer l'expérience ! Nous ne savons pas pourquoi nous n'avons jamais reçu de confirmation de l'heure de prise en charge, mais il faut absolument que cela soit rectifié pour les futurs clients.

This was the highlight of our Las Vegas holiday. Everything went as planned, no hitches & even the weather was ideal. We took an early morning flight, and after being picked up at the time specified from our hotel we were taken to our helicopter. We met our knowledgeable pilot, learned so much from him. Fantastic trip!

This is a great way to see the canyon we did the helicopter ride over the hoover damn and grand canyon and got a free upgrade wirh a picnic! Do not try and buy or get sucked in from the people on the streets or in the shops do your research these guys are the best and best priced all taxes included and transport too and from your airport Bruce our pilot was fantastic great fun knowledgable and great to my sis who wasn't great at flying! Highly recommended

We took a tour of the Grand Canyon with Papillon during our visit to Las Vegas. We'd never been to the Grand Canyon before, and this was DEFINITELY the way to see it! The pilot was super friendly and explained everything that was happening and what we were seeing, and she had a great sense of humor, made the ride really fun. Got to see Lake Meade and the Hoover Dam from above as well as views of the canyon that we never would have gotten any other way. Wonderful experience!

Highly recommend the helicopter tour, got up early and did the 7am one!! Well worth it and wasn't hot at all. IT WAS AWESOMEEE.

I suffer with vertigo and travel sickness and was concerned that I would be uncomfortable during the trip. The trip was just fine because the helicopter was stable and sturdy and I felt really safe. The view was utterly breath-taking and the overall experience was unforgettable.

This is the most fantastic helicopter tours we have attended in a long long time. The pilot was informative, cordial, and funny. We certainly had a great time.

Anyone looking for some breathtaking views, I would stronly recommend that you take the extended flight back and catch a glimpse of the stunning Sin city on your way back!
